    There's now a " smart pill" that measures motility and intraluminal pressure as it progresses through the gut. Not sure if it's available in UK but neurogastroenterologists are using it in the US. Interestingly R Burnet has continued to work with L R Barnden who does the good neuroimaging studies of the brainstem.

    Can't help but wonder how many of these CFS patients had an undiagnosed hypermobility condition - gastroparesis is a well recognised complication.
