    He talks about "adrenaline energy", knowing that you need to stop but feel 'energized' and keep going . . . I am guilty of this!

    I don’t want to be hypercritical and he’s entitled to say what he thinks but if I step back and look purely in terms of its effectiveness as an awareness tool I think finishing with the words it’s crazy it’s insane is problematic. I decided not to share the video because I didn’t want friends and family being left with those words in their head associated with ME.

    Yes, that was my reaction as well. It’s well made and touches upon some central issues, but is too superficial to actually explain much and as you say, uses some unfortunate language.
