Open University of Alabama - Men with FM and/or ME/CFS for study of chronic pain and fatigue

    Men ages 39-65 needed for research study involving fibromyalgia and/or chronic fatigue syndrome
    The Neuroinflammation, Pain, and Fatigue Lab at UAB is currently recruiting men between the ages of 39-65 with Fibromyalgia and/or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for a research study. This study combines the use of multiple questionnaires and blood draws to learn more about chronic pain and fatigue. Participation includes a screening visit and twice-weekly blood draw visits over a 12-13 week period. Participants earn up to $750 for the completion of this study.

    twice a week visits will rule out the vast majority of potential recruits . they obviously have no idea about the difficulties that m e or cfs creates for these patient groups . does not bode well for their project .
