[Recruiting Study Participants] Anyone interested in participating in a study on #LongCovid?

Hi, I am a doctoral candidate studying health communication at the University of Southern California. I invite you to be part of my dissertation research, by sharing with me how you utilize social media platforms for seeking and providing social support for Long COVID.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you meet the following criteria:
1. You have been infected with the virus that causes COVID-19 and have been experiencing long-term effects of it (known as Long COVID or long-haul COVID),
2. You have been seeking social support on either of the two social media platforms: Twitter (now X) or Reddit,
3. You reside in the United States, and
4. You are over 18 years old.

If you meet the criteria above, you may be eligible to participate in an interview for this study. The interview process will take approximately 60-90 minutes, and you will be compensated $30 for participation in this study. There’s very little information about the study, a bit concerning when it’s coming from someone that studies communication..

 

Also excludes severe people with the interview format.
