Watch this video earlier of a guy talking about his experience of long Covid. It's quite emotional in places. It also makes clear that he's being encouraged to do low-level exercise by an NHS clinic, and he's trying to do it because he so much wants to get better. I think it's really effective in communicating how long Covid has impacted one ordinary person among many thousands. It's not science-focused or politicised, it's just his story. Running time is a little under eight minutes. ETA: I can't seem to add the link! It's on this page, and show a photo of a bearded white fella with the subheading "The pandemic isn't over" https://www.theguardian.com/society
I wonder if it's tagged as media in the hyperlink, and the forum software doesn't like it? Anyway, it's just occurred to me that it's probably on YouTube. And it is. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3mzG8j16FlQ
Excellent video, thanks for sharing. He mentions palpitations when walking a few feet in his garden in the garden. Some POTS meds might well help. Beyong tragic that all the LC and ME clinics have just been merged into "fatigue" ones.
