    Well they’re saying they won’t implement the 4 points until after the report is published next year. They shouldn’t be implementing anything until that inquiry is finished anyway, what’s the point of it, it’s a review of PIP. It’s a concession- to not do what they shouldn’t have been doing anyway.

    It’s not often I miss the early 90s tv studio talk show format, but I think this would make a good show in the style of Kilroy or Tricia, where Garner could tell people his story then audience members could question him from their own experience
