Well they’re saying they won’t implement the 4 points until after the report is published next year. They shouldn’t be implementing anything until that inquiry is finished anyway, what’s the point of it, it’s a review of PIP. It’s a concession- to not do what they shouldn’t have been doing anyway.

The first vote at 7pm will be on the reasoned amendment, if that succeeds then the bill is killed.
