UK - Resources for help getting food during quarantine and other supermarket related problems

Yeah me too. I emailed ceo's of tesco, sainsbury's and morrisons and had a reply back from local MP. Stating very clearly that I do not want to be put in vulnerable group but need to be able to get food. They said they are going to raise the issue about people with ME not being able to order...

Not gonna lie, my main reasoning for making one is for fun and sanity maintainance rather than life saving :woot:

I ordered some from ebay at the end of January before this all kicked off, and just got an email from them last week saying order order was cancelled and refunded o_O But what I have managed to get hold of are filter cloths for inserting into masks. I've been trying to psyche up enough energy...

Turns out I already had an account and had no idea :woot: Then managed to lock myself out of it as I had no idea what the password was. All sorted now  Literally have no memory of signing up to tesco in the past, this was the shop where my mam used to do my shopping from, back in the...

Six-foot rule to protect against coronavirus is questionable, MIT professor says (The Boston Globe)

The singing itself probably caused it. People often really belt it out of the lungs when singing which would have caused vapour clouds everywhere in the vicinity. Similar to when a runner exhales heavily.

UK: REGISTER AS A VULNERABLE PERSON TO GET CORONAVIRUS SUPPORT

I still haven't filled it in yet, my main concern is that I am flagged as extremely vulnerable. I have no way of knowing if this would happen or not when I just want to be 'supermarketised' and once it's declared, I'm guessing there's no going back. It would be typical after decades of being...

UK: REGISTER AS A VULNERABLE PERSON TO GET CORONAVIRUS SUPPORT

was it difficult to get? @adambeyoncelowe I’ve noticed they’re as busy as everywhere. I also noticed that they’ve been nice enough to include the disabled in their vulnerable group. Not that it seems to help getting a slot.

Ordered. I noticed the queue, was still around 22 minutes when i'd finished. Its a lot easier queueing this way than listening to horrific music on a phone. I nearly didnt get it, when i tried to pay it declined my bank card even though there's money in there, then tried again, and declined a...

UK: REGISTER AS A VULNERABLE PERSON TO GET CORONAVIRUS SUPPORT

Maybe they're going to just wait until they've made the vulnerable, extremely vulnerable, then Thats really thoughtful of them, they sound a lot better than mine. I decided to test my 'ring in' prescription option this morning for a non repeat item i sometimes get to see how bad it will be...
