Trial Report Plasma cell targeting with the anti-CD38 antibody daratumumab in ME/CFS -a clinical pilot study, 2025, Fluge et al

I wonder whether or not it is wise to ask for an NK cell count next time i do bloodwork. Probably not. I think the stress of having low levels and wondering if I would miss out on dara would be higher than any potential benefit of knowing since its a long time until pilot results anyways.

Reddit - Interesting posts on Reddit, including what some doctors say about ME/CFS

This is cool. It seems very short so perhaps most useful as an educational thing. I think it’s maybe a bit of a shame its paywalled since they got funding from the arts council for it, and it has educational potential, and is very short. But I guess I understand for a lot of pwME we need any...

Why some people with ME/CFS react more strongly to medications

I think this would be heavily selection biased no? Those who are likely to sign up for heavy drug trials probably overlap very little with those who are very sensitive to meds. I don’t think we can assume drug trial participants to be representative of pwME at large in this case.

1997, I wonder what criteria were used. I don’t have access to the paper (it’s paywalled it seems).

So does Switzerland. But the rich people at the top always want more for themselves. Hence why the richest countries in the world have austerity politics. I agree it’s horrendous.
