There is truly a market for desperate people. The claims of recovery can be marketed. It can be a therapy, a device that is sold or rented, it can be a diet, supplements. It could also be a diagnostic test (live blood analysis, anyone? hair testing?). It’s been going on for decades.

    Tingling Fingertips

if this is a pinched nerve, you may find relief with a good massage, or simply trying to stretch your cervical spine by placing a tennis ball between your neck and the floor, or your neck and the wall and roll gently. Trying some stretching could also be helpful. Stretch your neck gently and...

Lancet editorial (2020) 'Complicit silence in medical malpractice'

It reminds me of a day when i was a freshly graduated nurse in a position that usually requires some experience, but regardless here i was. We has a small operating room in the labor and delivery unit and there was this one doctor who used to come for emergency c-section unpleasantly drunk...

USA Centers for Disease Control (CDC) news (including ME/CFS Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Calls) - next call 4 Dec 2024

It is such an unfortunate way to communicate with desperate patients who face tremendous unmet health care needs and as mentioned by someone in the call, such a low number of experts. Those who witnessed the early days of the outbreaks are in retirement age. I am also quite disappointed that...
