It can be in some cases. "Scrupulosity" is the name for the religious form of OCD, and it can be absolutely devastating and debilitating for the sufferer. I know people who have suffered with this.

Sorry, I should clarify what I meant. I meant, I know of plenty of PWME (including myself and @Hip ) who report great effects from transdermal B12. I then shared that site as being one source of transdermal B12.
I also find that anti inflammatories (medication or supplements) help - the histamine from an allergic reaction causes inflammation, which causes fatigue.
