What are the top replicated ME/CFS findings?

Interesting, I had high ESR in the early years when I was less severe, now it's always normal but other inflammatory markers still fluctuate with symptom severity but not enough to be useful diagnostically apparently, so they are usually handwaved away.

Clock changes disturbing sleep in ME/CFS

I'm similar to you @Kitty except my sleep time fairly regularly starts ~1am and I find that extra hour in the late afternoon while you are on the same time as others makes a big difference. I mostly don't function well enough for interactions until after 3pm and most carer organizations and...

Clock changes disturbing sleep in ME/CFS

I agree, I have never understood why this condition has always made me much more inflexible when it comes to time zone changes or even trying to move my own sleep time back by even just half an hour... and trying to do something either physically, mentally or emotionally taxing at an earlier...

    Low Serum Sodium and Osmolarity

Does anyone else who has had their Serum Plasma Biochemistry tested have low sodium ie less than 135 mmol/L and low Osmolarity measures less than 280mmol/L? In recent years mine have been sliding down (as far as 121mmol/L) despite heavily salting all my food and taking salt tablets and electrolytes.

    C-reactive protein, CRP

Thank you @Hutan, @Jonathan Edwards, @Woolie and others for all the interesting CRP info, it's always something I have wondered about. I voted 10-20. It fluctuates from normal ie <6 up to 19mg/L except of course the 2 times I had septicaemia and then it was up to 87. All with normal BMI (20-22)...

How to read while lying completely flat?

When I started I would get bad neck and coat hanger pain as well as the resultant headaches, but I gradually adjusted. I've been doing it for many years later and it has multiple physios ticks of approval. I do specific neck exercises to help keep it that way though and they probably would have...

How to read while lying completely flat?

Are you able raise your head on a thin junior pillow or a folded towel placed under the mattress with one hand resting on the middle of your chest to push button or track pad and the other arm relaxed beside you? I have a couple of ways to prop things on my chest to read whilst moving only one...
