    B12/Folic Acid and D3/K2 Supplementation

Well all my calcium and related tests came back and I am confused. After last week's sample contamination they were supposed to remove the results. They removed some and not others and I don't know what to make of that at all. I contacted the gp surgery and they don't have the note on their...

    B12/Folic Acid and D3/K2 Supplementation

Yes. I was tested for the MMA which I think might be an enzyme or something and my test was negative... which is apparently common and unreliable like you say. My GP thinks that's that but my endo flagged my b12 serum as low but didn't recommend treatment. I do take high dose supplements...

    B12/Folic Acid and D3/K2 Supplementation

I also have hypothyroidism and as a result my vitamins were low. As the doctor was uninterested, I have worked on all my levels myself and have monitored them via private blood tests to maintain safe levels accordingly. Serum b12 is the only one that refuses to be raised though the active b12...

UK: Disability benefits (UC, ESA and PIP) - news and updates 2024 and 2025

It wouldn't bother me to have reviews if they were fair and didn't purposefully try and misunderstand. But after only being through the original process, I don't trust they actually try and listen.

DWP assessor reveals 'sneaky' tricks used in PIP exam such as chair choice test

I have only had my original assessment via the phone (as the assessor couldn't figure out their end of the video call). They absolutely ask trick questions that sound like friendly chat but isn't. Like, do have have a pet, what kind, do you do xyz for it. They also try hard to push you to...

Lack of fever during acute infections

Hmmm this has got me wondering if I get hot and sweat as a pre-PEM symptom. I just assumed it was my age as a female despite taking hrt and not having hot flashes.

    Coping with heat

I finally tried the frozen water bottle in front of the fan last night. It kept letting out big cracks making me jump so I ended up not using it.

UK: Disability benefits (UC, ESA and PIP) - news and updates 2024 and 2025

When asked what he made of the protections Kendall had added to the bill, Duncan-Jordan said: "Poverty delayed is still poverty." Another discontented Labour MP, Ian Byrne, said: "After 14 weeks do the disabled and sick affected miraculously end the need for the vital assistance being taken...

    Coping with heat

I haven't tried one myself but have spoken to someone who has. She told me they are good for awhile but eventually absorb your heat so then need to be left.

I'm able to exercise but am still disabled

I wonder if I have this emotional issue. My emotions can be so far off my actual thoughts.

Using Heart rate monitoring to help with pacing.

Responding to a deleted post about gradually learning to tune in to the body's signals. I can relate to this but I think I am less tuned in. I can interpret my reactions to physical activities like walking, cleaning, and so on. But, I don't feel how mental or emotional stuff will affect PEM...

Using Heart rate monitoring to help with pacing.

I don't have all the knowledge the rest of you seem to be referencing. But, I think in some way our bodies must keep track. When we were normal our bodies became tired in relstion to a certain amount of activity. I don't think that has actually changed. I think our bodies still react to a...
