Phase-resolved Functional Lung MRI Reveals Distinct Lung Perfusion Phenotype in Children and Adolescents with [LC], 2025, Pöhler+

Just realized - you mean Respiratory Rate, not blood pressure... I don't see how the increase in RR might be associated with perfusion. Maybe lower perfusion is compensated by increasing RR to optimize oxygenation, but that's Just speculation.

Phase-resolved Functional Lung MRI Reveals Distinct Lung Perfusion Phenotype in Children and Adolescents with [LC], 2025, Pöhler+

The PREFUL perfusion is calculated as described here: Perfusion quantification using voxel‐wise proton density and median signal decay in PREFUL MRI. The Heartrate is part of the equation, which is why the units of the perfusion is [ml/min/100ml]. Thus, effects of different heart rates should be...

Phase-resolved Functional Lung MRI Reveals Distinct Lung Perfusion Phenotype in Children and Adolescents with [LC], 2025, Pöhler+

If you're still thinking about trying to replicate these results: "This method can be applied at 1.5T or 3T with standard MR hardware without the necessity for sequence programming, as the described protocol can be implemented with the default SPGRE sequence on most systems." Phase-Resolved...
