Can I change my GP record terminology (UK)?
I got my patient summary today and rather depressingly it states I have "chronic fatigue syndrome" (xa01f). Which the more I learn about the history of the term the more I find outright offensive. So 1 what does "xa01f" mean ? and 2 can I get it changed on my patient record to read severe...- Kiristar
