    I had dementia with a deficiency too, it was really frightening. Luckily I got a lot of my cognitive capacity back, but my memory's been much poorer since.

    My cognitive 'dementia' over 25 years ago was from omega 3 deficiency based on a RBC fatty acid test result.

    I also had pins, needles sensations, and tongue numbness when I was b12 deficient but it didn't affect my cognitive function.
