Thank you for sharing that article. Very interesting. Though I wondered at first if it was a different national treasure that was useful for falling asleep. I personally have found David Attenborough’s autobiography, read by himself, both fascinating and absolutely sleep inducing. His voice is just so familiar and calming.

David Attenborough, the man who was already old when I started to watch his documentaries as a small kid but here we are 30 years later and he still keeps releasing new films every year. Sounds like that autobiography might have been a bit more premature and he should publish another one when he finally retires at 120.
