    This is a very basic and succinct article about Mitochondria. Many discussions related to ME/CFS focus on mitochondria. I thought this would be a nice article to start with if you possess little or no knowledge related to what mitochondria are and what they do.

    I'm lucky I can do some interval training, it lessens the limitations the illness induces.
