    Hello.
I have all three: diagnosed with Hashi at around 25 yo, PCOS, at around 36/37 and started symptoms of ME around the same time 36/37...but only diagnosed in late 2019. I am 42 yo now.
I have the feeling these illnesses/conditions can happen in clusters and I wonder...what is the connection?

Welcome to the forum @Aquarian1 .
The clustering of conditions does seem to be a " thing" in chronic illness- I hope that engaging here will help us all gain a better understanding.

I hope that you find friendship, solace and stimulation in equal measure.

    Hi Aquarian1

I also got the 2 for 1 deal in chronic illnesses multiple times.

I often hear Hashi being associated with gyn issues..I have Hashi and endometriosis.

I'm not familiar with PCOS though, is there
anything to do about it? (Edit: As in treatment)

Welcome, @Aquarian1! ME groups are clubs no-one wants to have to join, but hopefully you'll find yourself among friends here.

As far as I know, doctors equally know nothing and just give you meds. Some people swear by diet changes, lifestyle changes and/or supplementation.
The thing is-- illnesses manifest differently in everybody.
    In sum--zero.
