Cambridge University Press is making higher education textbooks in HTML format free to access online during the coronavirus outbreak.

Over 700 textbooks, published and currently available, on Cambridge Core are available regardless of whether textbooks were previously purchased.

We recommend a Laptop/Desktop computer with Google Chrome for the best viewing experience. Textbook content is read only and cannot be downloaded.

Free access is available until the end of May 2020.

I e-mailed the department that produced the report featured further down the web page to ask why they didn't mention ME in the report, considering it's so common and there are serious issues with the standard of care.

They wrote back to say that there are 'no plans to recategorise ME as a neurological illness' followed by the usual blurb about CBT and GET being the most effective treatments.

I wrote them a rather grumpy reply telling them that ME is already classified as a neurological illness in ICD 10 and 11 and that there are serious doubts over CBT and GET which is why the NICE guidelines are under review, and that considering they wrote a report on improving care for neurological disorders, of which they mention ME on the webpage that features the report, that they ought to know these things.

I didn't receive a reply.

Is this in the right thread? I couldn't see the report.

No sorry I accidentally posted in the wrong thread - it was supposed to be a comment on the NHS report on improving clinical care in neurological disorders.

I'm really sorry but I don't know how to move it.

You can't move posts. You can do as Esther12 suggested and copy the content to a new post on the intended thread and delet e the post from the wrong thread. The usual way to deal with a post that's on the wrong thread is to hit the report button on the post and ask mods to move it.
