Well spotted @JohnTheJack . This review does contain PACE data (McCrone et al. cost-effectiveness analysis).

McCrone, 2012 was the only study to be flagged negatively for "selective reporting"...

One of the biggest limitations is lack of follow up, I mean even if participants lower heathcare utilisation for a year, that doesn't mean they aren't going to have greater utilisation in the subsequent years to make up for missed care.

I hadn't looked at the whole study. That is interesting.

*by which I mean, it's a very opaque review. There is little or no discussion of the individual studies included, or the field they are examining. They've just extracted the data and squashed it together, and got mush. Meta-squash.
