    We present here an overview of reports addressing studies of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), with consideration of results from studies of the epidemiology of this pathology in childhood and adults. The features of clinical manifestations of CFS in childhood and its family aspects are described. Special attention is paid to description of the main cognitive impairments characteristic of CFS in children. Results from research seeking effective approaches to the treatment of CFS in children are considered.

    Interesting to see what is being said about ME in Russia.

    Correct diagnostic code (G93.3). They recommend Fukuda and quote paediatric diagnostic criteria from a Crawley paper. There's an overview of various popular concepts including "neuroinflammation" and "dysfunction of the HPA axis". Recommends CBT & GET & also a very Russian treatment strategy, the use of nootropics:
