Looking through some documents I printed when I was first diagnosed I came across this paragraph under the heading on page 21, 'Good practice points' in the Occupational Aspects of the Management of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome: a National Guideline 2006:

    Good Practice Points

Never come across this phrase before. Has anyone else?

I have hard copies of two other related documents published in 2008 which I can't find links for on the internet. As and when I'm able, I'll create pdfs and upload.

ETA: Action for ME document which references the 2006 Guideline. me-and-work.pdf
