    Clearly the word 'whole' as used in the title has now become a code for - let's include the psychiatrists to give them relevance.

    "FND is a complex neuropsychiatric syndrome" Do you think this is made clear to all those poor people who are delighted with the diagnosis?

    "There are clear positive clinical, electrophysiological and rarely imaging criteria that can establish diagnosis in the clinical sense"

    This does not to match with a disease that is claimed to be psychiatric because there are no clinical signs detectable, just symptoms.

    They want to have their cake and eat it too.
