All of the people on the panel are authors of chapters in The Long COVID Survival Guide which is actually pretty good (IMO).
Yeah the names are mostly long haulers and the MDs I recognize as being knowledgeable. Looks OK to me. It's actually useful to have open discussions like this about mental health that aren't controlled by ideologues for a change, so they can actually focus on what matters to the patients, rather than what feels good for the professional or whoever runs the healthcare system.
Looks good and have signed up. I have listened to podcasts by the founders and writers of the Long Covid Survival Guide and although I haven’t read the book, I am interested in collaborations hoping to improve mental health in both ME and LC spheres.
I went to the eventbrite page and saw a notice that this event has been cancelled. It's also marked as cancelled on this website: https://naminycmetro.org/calendar/long-covid-and-mental-health-a-panel-discussion/
