Looks positive. The variation in care and support for people with things like PD is huge. This is on top of obvious resource issues.
 
I think that this is a type of minimum service provision that people with severe ME as A minimum should be able to expect. All pwME have had from the is they cannot require anything of services. It’s all up to ICBs. I don’t think there’s any minimal standards of care for m.e services or any clear specification of what personnel should be staffing them.

If ME numbers are 1in 240. severe ME would Be 1 in 1000 and they are requiring neurology services to provide coverage for illnesses with a rarity of 1 in 2000.
