In parasympathetic state or when i cover my ears and eyes my spo2 drops I need to stimulate brain for better oxygenation after just one week of avoiding sound and light , I Detroit to degree that I can't stay in my house for with window half closed I need to open it all the way and stimulate my brain moving my eyes and and eating sweet things
This my main cfs cause

That sounds really difficult! I'm sorry to hear you are having such an awful time. That sounds quite alarming, what has the Doctor said about it?

I'm not aware of low sp02 levels being a common feature of ME/CFS even at very severe.
Can others tell me - am I just ignorant of this being a common problem?

What does your doctor say about this? How low is low? Have you tested with a second SpO2 instrument?

The first search I came with stated that opening your window will help increase oxygen content - exactly as you say. That's normal for healthy people whose range varies between 95-100%. Have you tried deep breathing techniques to increase SpO2. I've found digital watch SpO2 readings are all over the place - a finger monitor is better.

In oxygenated room in ER it drops to 90
My brain is screaming reapeting songs in loop 24 hour my brain drifting from lack of oxygen my heart rate when I stand is ranging from 150 to 170 in seconds from brain lacking oxygen
I need fresh air 24/7
Everything that activated parasympathetic state or less stimulants to the brain makes things
Breathing helps if the breathing activate sympathetic state I need the inhale to stimulate the brain slow inhale or long exhale make things worse
