Recliner chairs

@Dechi Thanks, I did wonder if Lazy Boy was a brand name. Yes, I can't afford to buy an expensive one so will be looking for the best at the lowest cost possible.

There is one furniture shop that has quite a variety of recliners from looking at their web page and one bus trip away. I'd love to find one that reclines back like the chair at a dentist.
I wonder where all the old dentist chairs go?!

Until I bought mine, I was lying on the floor propped up by pillows if I wanted to get out of the bedroom.
Unless you want to spend a lot of cash, I would suggest trying one out in a showroom, then buying one off of Gumtree. Ours cost £50 plus the same amount to hire a van. It was bought by someone who had a hip operation, so was hardly used.

I would say a fully electric one is the best if you have limited energy.
