I have used astaxanthin, not had any improvement in any of my symptoms. It was also very difficult to digest for me.

I took this for 6 months because my beta-carotene and alpha-carotene markers were in very low range. psssf- nothing.

How are we supposed to even know if it's helping? All my antioxidants are very low.

My new thing is Japanese cheesecake. I eat it and feel better. Done.

I think that would make anyone feel better, including me. I must go out and get some.

Have you considered creating a new therapy, the Cheesecake Process? I think it will be a fantastic and delicious success. Very high scores on cake satisfaction questionnaires.

Absolutely guaranteed to be more effective than TAU.

To be fair, "nothing" is not exactly a high bar but that is one thing cheesecake can definitely do. Just... skip the long-term follow-up.
