Has anyone been diagnosed with this antibody deficiency to polysaccharide encapsulated bacteria. Tests done on hemophilus pneumoniae and pneumococcus. I have low baseline abs but not yet had vaccine to measure response.

Hi! It’s been a while since your post. Do you mind sharing if you measured your vaccine response? Why this issue was on your radar? One of my igG subclasses is low, thus, I have been wondering if I have some form of immune deficiency.
I have not dome the vaccine provocation test, only baseline. Some UK immunology depts would only diagnose after provocation In my case the question arises of vacine provoked sarcoidosis and/or hemophagocytosis so I ahve to be cautious.
