This is probably a bit of an overestimate, but there definitely is an overrepresentation of physically active people. Makes all the nonsense about deconditioning look at that more foolish. But still 4 years into LC most MDs stick to it like it's damn mantra, most still advice to exercise. I still regularly see threads like this, with so many pushed into severe disability as a result of bad medical advice, something that never gets recorded: Was anyone doing anything physical when they first noticed they had Long Covid?
What a complete mess the damn psychosomatic ideology has created. All that damn smug troll face "what? you think a virus did this to you?!" Although clearly concussions and similar injuries seem to be a common trigger:
Which would suggest similar brain damage observed in both causes. But as we know, subtle brain damage is beyond current technology, so the psychiatrist of the gaps is always there to push the old beliefs.

And despite this, for 99% of people with POTS or any other chronic health issue caused by COVID or another pathogen, nothing's changed, and psychosomatic ideology is stronger than ever. What a disaster.
