It seems that most of what's changed is the same old, except they borrow the words without understanding them. So they do the exact same as always, but instead of redefining the language, they subsume it and distort its meaning, like how pacing is used for GET.

Healthcare is one of the most heavily regulated industries. And yet it's so very far from being regulated enough. The worst mix of pseudoscience and official status allowing for coercion and manipulation.
