Introduction
Many people who became ill with COVID-19 continue to experience symptoms over long periods of time. Generally called “Long COVID,” this condition has been given a more formal medical name: Post-Acute Sequelae of Sars-CoV-2, or PASC. There are many symptoms associated with Long COVID. This paper focuses on only three of them, in order to be able to cover them in depth: fatigue, brain fog, and mental health changes. This paper offers suggestions on how to manage these symptoms, where to go for help, and how to talk about what you are experiencing to find the support and understanding you need.
