Looking at some notes I have relating to the PACE trial re 6mwt, one study:
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/17136972/
suggests that 54-80m was the minimally clinically important difference, and about 86m was needed at individual patient level to be statistically confident of change.
The mean...

I'm in Scotland. I've an appointment for my booster next week. From the letter and from older friends who have already had theirs, I understand they are doing flu and Covid boosters at the same time.
I find this a worry as how can adverse reaction be monitored if you don't know which...
I watched it too. The young girl had seen 3 different GPs, after starting to fall over repeatedly at school, and it was an optician who suspected the diagnosis from her visual problems and his examination, and sent her to A & E whom he contacted directly. I think she said she lost some degree...
I don't know if this is the same study but Professor Stephenson was interviewed on the World at One on BBC Radio 4 today.

Relevant trivia, recently came across a diary entry from a visit to a chateau in Brittany. Think this note must have related to the design of their bedroom furniture.
Former generations of Bretons slept sitting up as they associated lying down with death.
I did some digging into the 10,000 steps a while ago and thought I remembered it came out of a Japanese marketing campaign.

No experience of steam mops and this doesn't help for non-laminate surfaces.
I use HG laminate spray (but much, much less frequently than daily). A few squirts on a microfibre mop and you can just do a small area at a time. The mop head can go in the washing machine every so often...
In a former job we had to wear 'key safes' where your work keys are attached to a retractable chain in a metal unit that hooks over a belt.
Unfortunately women's clothing doesn't necessarily come with belts loops so I just had to hook mine over the waist band.
I'm guessing the skin problems I...
