Hey i get ya its a tough call to make. I guess it could be worthwhile to assess your risk for clotting, thats the main concern as far as i understand when it goes on a long time!

@ahimsa thanks for the answer:) I believe i read that its pretty common that they last longer the longer they are left untreated (with e.g ablation or meds). The ones I got lasted from 30 sec to 1 min i dont remember exactly was pretty stressed out :p

I was hoping u would chime in! That makes sense, I didn`t even know foetuses had working immune systems. So the t-cell shift is not proven u say, or if it is its happening for some other reason?
A question that came to mind.. Why dont the immune system of the mother disrupt the foetus...

Ive had a worsening this summer after gradual exercise, and I have ended up doing whatever makes me feel bad twice because my thinking is like "there is NO way im going to bed unable to finish the dishes", so I go back to do it only to get PEM again.

Hey! Yea I`m male. I did actually check blood adrenaline levels back in 2014 cause i was having similar episodes when I first got sick. They were normal.. I think that the ME is causing this somehow, cause they happen when my ME is bad. But I have no idea how.. I read that with adrenal tumors...

@Daisy That sounds similar! I dont have high bpm when standing, but I do get higher blood pressure upright (both kinda does the same thing?). Keep me posted on what they tell u:)
