For me there is only one solution: airconditioning. Gets our bedroom down to 20 deg. Celsius. Would not survive without it.

Breakthrough in Gulf War illnesses from exposure to chemical toxins

Yes the whole winknews.com seems to be down. It’s a server error. Who has an idea what that intervention might be?

    Is Vodka Antiseptic?

Ok, in that case, not an issue for you. That's good, you can save on expensive filter needles then. I had only seen injectable b12 in glass ampoules so far.

    Is Vodka Antiseptic?

Better pick up some cleaning alcohol from pharmacy. Also many people do not use filter needles when preparing the b12 shot, including professional nurses. You should however always use filter needle after breaking glass vials.

    Travelling tips anyone? (car)

Last trip we did was in our Tesla. The reduction in noise is nice, but in terms of movements/vibration it's not very different. Best solution would be Hyperloop. Faster and less shaky than car. But it may take some time before we'll have that from door to door.

Yes you can! We are renting it out nowadays. ;) Tried Klonopin. Did not help. Maybe at a higher dose it would, but I am in the last phase of tapering the stuff because of the nasty side effects and interdose withdrawal.

A “Metabolic Trap” for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS)? Send in your genome to help research.

    Travelling tips anyone? (car)

Very interesting point. Intolerance of high speed car or motorcycle travel was one of my first symptoms, it started 4 years before full blown ME. This was of course diagnosed as anxiety / panic attacks and cbt was prescribed. Yes we have way too many psychologists in the Netherlands. I knew for...

Thanks Matt, We travel early in the morning (weekends) when there is not a lot of traffic. Afternoon is worse for me. It's almost all Autobahn but not the excellent quality you would expect in Germany... Last 30 minutes has a lot more hills and turns. We try to minimise G-Forces. Might try...

    Travelling tips anyone? (car)

Travelling is becoming increasingly difficult for me. Short trips by car can be done if absolutely necessary, but longer distances are getting almost impossible. My wife and caregiver would like a change of scenery sometimes (understandably); we used to travel a lot and were always very...
