I,ve always kept plenty of reserves in case village cut off. I find priority delivery slots 8-2 and 2-10pm awkward as it can clash with me eating or carer here, and I need to put boxes on the floor for driver to put stuff in so carer could be tripping up. Much better to have a timed slot but...

update - been phoned today not by gp but NHS that they will come and give me Astra Zeneca early Jan as cant bring the Pfizer one out - scary to be one of first as not yet approved tho expected to be soon. Was put on spot but decided to agree tho do feel like guinea pig. Will update you!
As I am 81, I had a letter saying I wd get the Pfizer vaccine though it talked of going to a centre which I cant do as cant use wheelchair. Not sure if nurse will come out if it is that one that needs to be -70.
I would prefer to wait a bit too as I live alone with twice daily carers so scary...

I got it after an upper respiratory tract infection. Came home from work with sore throat then fever etc Always called it flu but dont know if that is different.
A portable sunlounger/sunbed, ie feet level like in bed, has helped me to visit friends when well enough even before I became severe and need to lie down all the time except trips to loo etc
I have a pedometer but wanted it to be sensitive to count arm movements as they use up energy too. The one thing any step count doesnt register is what for me is the worst ie standing still!
I think an important part of pacing is understanding what uses up your energy ration apart from physical activity and your worst triggers, as some not obvious to uninitiated.
Time upright standing still or sitting upright because of OI - I never realised till too late.

Another point I would make about using pedometers is that they don't measure one of the worst things you can possibly do, as I have found, is standing still - my downfall.
