UK - Resources for help getting food during quarantine and other supermarket related problems

I,ve always kept plenty of reserves in case village cut off. I find priority delivery slots 8-2 and 2-10pm awkward as it can clash with me eating or carer here, and I need to put boxes on the floor for driver to put stuff in so carer could be tripping up. Much better to have a timed slot but...

Pacing - what do you do/how would you describe it?

I have a pedometer but wanted it to be sensitive to count arm movements as they use up energy too. The one thing any step count doesnt register is what for me is the worst ie standing still!

Pacing - what do you do/how would you describe it?

I think an important part of pacing is understanding what uses up your energy ration apart from physical activity and your worst triggers, as some not obvious to uninitiated. Time upright standing still or sitting upright because of OI - I never realised till too late. Interaction - not just...

Just a reminder if you wear specs, look for mask with nose wire so it fits snugly and they dont steam up.

Covid19 - Shielding and self-isolating for vulnerable people - policies and issues

I have been able to get fortnightly timed slots from tesco last few weeks as the priority ones could clash with me eating brek or supper after carer had been or while she was sorting my meal so a timed one is easier for me to manage. I got on priority list by phoning them Up. have to remember to...

NICE ME/CFS draft guideline - publication dates and delays 2020

NICE should at least issue an interim caveat on GET in the circs especially as coronavirus patients may well be encouraged to do it.

Pacing - definitions and sources of information

Very good @Hutan. Another point I would make about using pedometers is that they don't measure one of the worst things you can possibly do, as I have found, is standing still - my downfall. sorry hadnt read it all before.
