This is not new ground -it's been suggested for at least a decade, but as highlighted above, thyroid is poorly understood/ treated in UK Studies are also ongoing for glucocorticoid receptor resistance (Dr Bansal I think is involved in this)...

    From the fitbit type monitor my daughter uses it' s clear that there us very little " deep sleep". Perhaps this is a function of " unrefreshing sleep" as it may be during this phase that the restorative processes are undertaken? I suspect however that this is a favourite questionnaire item....

    @Action for M.E. This is the kind of study that requires to be addressed. Many children have more than enough to contend with without this narrative continuing. As a charity part if your remit is education and representing your members. Perhaps this would be a good starter for 10.
