And the only real difference between ME and PRS seems to be the "unrefreshing sleep" descriptor. I don't like that one, as it's so hard to really know what they mean.
I mean if I miss a nights sleep I'm less well than if I get some sleep, so even if I don't wake up feeling refreshed and well...

As I understand it these were the "experts" consulted during the review processes. I think, and perhaps somebody else can clarify on this, that these will not be the same experts used for the creation of the new guideline?
Perhaps - do we know if she has asked anything about ME before?
Sometimes I suspect asking a question this way might be a better way to get a direct answer?

To answer YES would show there is an agenda to increase PACE treatments.
To answer NO gives us something to quote if CBT/GET is still pushed and expanded in the years between now and 2020

I agree. I think in the end you learn your own personal boundaries. I have always has a higher than average HR and lower than average blood pressure.
