Can you describe the "chest tightness"? I am wondering if it's the same as my "chest heaviness" that is one of my main symptoms of orthostatic intolerance. It feels as though there's a weight in my chest and that I need to take a deep breath (to the top of my breath).

I got some bloods taken recently and had the same problem, so no folate reading. I don't know much about hemolyzed samples.

Without going too off topic, I would think the chance of discovering an overall test or drug to treat long covid is essentially zero, because the group is so heterogeneous, even compared with ME/CFS. So in that respect, Paul is probably right.

Does the NHS primarily use SNOMED or ICD, or both? I'm particularly interested in the electronic health record systems used in primary care.

So the test most likely to be abnormal was plasma viscosity, which I don't believe I've ever heard of....? I'm assuming it's similar to ESR.

They have always as far as I know represented the staff working in the specialist NHS clinics. I'm sure you can join if you work outside the NHS, but it's very much revolves around the NHS clinics. I don't know what percentage of NHS staff in these clinics are members of BACME.
