I too remain unconvinced. My experiences with both hot and cold weather don't provide any evidence that temperature extremes help in any way. If I was to study any weather based variables it would be humidity.

Evidence and logic, no matter how valid and compelling, are clearly not even close to being enough.

I learned nothing from reading that, beyond that it was a waste of time to read it.

Is there a psychological vaccine against untruths? If there is then the psych profession itself has yet to take it themselves. I think there is one, and it is called robust methodology.
