    I would start a mass media campaign to bring the message that yes this can be a deadly disease. We need the public at large on our side. That will drive societal change. I would also start a press agency to start targeting all news media and start a lobbying group to influence politicians.

    I would start with the very severe who are at risk in hospitals and need care the most. This would also get the message across that this is a very debilitating disease and is not just being a bit fatigued.
