Only one point: Science Media Centre is listed under Science Media. I know there is Science in their name, but they promote mostly quackery, so should they not be mentioned under regular media?

Not seen any Dutch coverage
Wonder if it would be an idea to translate the press release in Dutch and spread it to Dutch and Belgian media.
I would like to compliment @Chris Ponting and team not only for DecodeME and the results but also for the great media strategy.
- the coverage
- the talking points
- the interviews
- the communication with patients
Thank you!
Is there a way we could help the media effort of Decode Me?
If the results are very promising, could we help by tweeting results with #decodeme for instance?
Shared talking points from all
- recovery is possible (reality: rare)
- very complex
- need individual approach
Shared talking points for most
- holistic / collaborative care needed
I would start a mass media campaign to bring the message that yes this can be a deadly disease. We need the public at large on our side. That will drive societal change.
I would also start a press agency to start targeting all news media and start a lobbying group to influence politicians.
I would start with the very severe who are at risk in hospitals and need care the most. This would also get the message across that this is a very debilitating disease and is not just being a bit fatigued.
That is so strange to me. He cared enough to get the process rolling for better care. Without funding any plan would be useless.
As a financial man he would know that.
These were the FOI’s I found on the Delivery Plan in March,
All three were answered by the Committee on Standards in Public Life
