We have collectively made a decision not to join BACME previously and having reviewed that, the decision still stands! So I am not sure we would actually have been able to register!

Karen has apparently already flagged some issues with the recommendations relating to fatigue - most of the content apparently relates to movement disorders

We deliberated long and hard before making the decision to go ahead but decided it was too good an opportunity to help achieve our aim of educating physiotherapists about ME.

we did write to the CMO in the middle of wave 1 when he said this in one of the press conferences. Probably worth following up now that Long Covid is more obvious

The presentation I saw was from Scandinavian researchers - I will add to the long list of things to investigate!
A while ago I saw an interesting lecture on the glymphatic system which they described as the brain's washing machine and they were wondering if this might be linked to the brain fog and other cognitive challenges in ME. I must go and hunt down to see if they have published anything more recently
