@Webdog, I'm going to try this probiotic. I'll try snorting it first since it works for you, or maybe start off with the Q-tip, as the doctor in the video does. I must say I thought the 80s would be the last time I snorted powder in my nose! Thanks for detailing all this.
@Rosie, I couldn't live without irrigating my sinuses, but I know what you mean about needing to get the water out when you finish. I get the water out afterward by leaning against the bathroom counter and leaning down as if I'm going to touch my toes. I bend my knees so I don't put pressure on...
Interesting, @Jonathan Edwards. My sleep doctor is a neurologist and is retiring. The doctor replacing him is a pulmonologist, so I'll have to find someone else. I had been wondering why a pulmonologist would go into sleep medicine.
I've had a couple of sleep studies in a lab, and I've never been instructed to sleep on my back. I was told to sleep in my usual, most comfortable position, so I slept on my side.
Why must these studies be so effing uncomfortable? Can't they just pass you through a pod? I was so uncomfortable...
