SMC and NHS are so fast with their BS. Young health care worker will probably be most of risk to develop post Corona Fatigue or ME/CFC because of exposure and age :( And nobody will take them serious if the lung and bloodwork look fairly ok.

Boom & bust seems to be the lay term. For example all-or-nothing behavior is used in papers. All-or-nothing behavior sounds like - when I am not able to run a marathon then it's not worth to get up. ;) People with ME would never accidentally adopt this term for fluctuations between good and bad...
advice for post viral fatigue (not ME/CFS) without GET, it's more like - try activity step by step as your recovery progresses? I am not sure you need this advice (because that's how natural recovery intuitively works) but the notion to take it easy and rest seems helpful
Yes, we don't really have a well comparable place even in Thuringia. Erfurt and Weimar did not start with so many cases.
The district Greiz had similar case numbers in the beginning but is a rural area. The town seat is most affected there (town 135 cases, 20.524 inhabitants, district 285 cases...
