No definitions with the listing. Possibly they are intended to be duration related, eg Post-acute COVID-19 from 4 weeks to 12 weeks; Chronic post-COVID-19 syndrome > 12 weeks. But I have no info on finalised definitions or draft definitions for SNOMED CT or NICE.
