No definitions with the listing. Possibly they are intended to be duration related,

But I have no info on finalised definitions or draft definitions for SNOMED CT or NICE.

Once there is a Concept code for whatever they agree to term "Long Covid" available in SNOMED CT UK Edition, IAPT will be all over this "Long Term Condition" cohort.
