Perhaps the claimant could clearly ask at the start of the (current allegedly unrecorded assessment) if the assessment is being recorded? Presumably, to lie would be illegal?

Sadly, that 's probably one of reasons they're doing it. It won't be for claimants benefit that's for sure.

I really hope they consider that if that is how Sharpe responds to an MP, what it might be like for vulnerable patients whose lives are falling apart and who have nowhere else to turn..... I also hope Sharpe will have annoyed them enough to have chipped some of that deference away.

Probably not as he's been blocked in twitter.....calling @dave30th.... Now that is very poor form. Block someone on twitter and then make accusations against them they won't see first hand and may not see at all.

The attitude to charities, their members and by extension patients is reprehensible. I am glad to see it so openly expressed though. Sharpe says more about himself in that tweet than he realizes!
