How would I know if I have MS? Genuine question. As far as I can tell it’s picked up via testing, but I’ve never been tested. It’s never been considered as a possible cause of my symptoms, but people frequently ask if I’ve got MS because I’m just like this or that person who has it.

I was always the type to work hard but get some sort of “bug” if I went on holiday. Finish an intensive project then come down with a sore throat. Now, it happens after I go to the supermarket AND the post office. Maybe it’s always been the result of exhausting my system.

This is exactly what I think is part of it. I cough, look “sick” but tell people it’s just a “fake” illness and they can’t catch it, I’m not infected. Although I did pick up a virus this week and am currently very infected and feeling sorry for myself!

I really hadn’t thought that I “should” of course be lying flat! Of course no physio will encourage lying on your side. Having a good think about different configurations as well as different furniture options.
