Maybe the mouse models would be more accurate if they chucked the mice into space for a couple months. Instead of their usual: exhausting/infecting the mice = ME/LC.

I asked a chatgpt the same question but trying once with CFS/ME and once with ME/CFS. It only recommended GET when asking with CFS/ME and not ME/CFS.

This is where I think a more sophisticated iteration of @forestglip’s ME-aware AI-chatbot could come in handy.

Could also just be noise. Once we have a couple months of data, a chart with the 7 or 14 day rolling average might be better to judge.

As far as I know some people report sensitivity or allergic reactions to food with high levels of histamine. There has been little research on it but the current findings are somewhat contradictory.

Histamine Intolerance and MCAS seem to be used interchangeably but as far as I know there is a difference. I wonder if this is leading to people being misdiagnosed with MCAS (assuming MCAS is a genuinine clinical entity in itself).
