    One point on weight of PWME is that Amitryptiline seems to be commonly prescribed for insomnia/pain. Increased appetite/weight gain is a common side effect.

    Research papers on type of onset (infectious, gradual etc)?

    As I often mention I had gradual onset the specialist I saw privately said there were a substantial minority group of gradual onset PWME i think he said 35%. I think I’ve also seen a mention of this in the MEA purple book but could be wrong.

    There’s a lot we don’t do right in the U.K. but I double checked and transcripts of evidence before parliamentary committees are available the following day just like proceedings in the main chambers and legislative committees.
